Last week in class we talked about Chinese New Year. We read a story about 12 animals who competed in a race across the river. The first 12 across the river will be named after that year. This year is the year of the sheep.
I went to the Lantern Festival with my family. The Lantern Festival is part of the the chines new year. I saw the dragon dance. There are two men who lift each other up to make the dragon.
